On-Site Technical Troubleshooting – $89/hr
Technical troubleshooting rates encompass all support work for labor related to hardware problems, computer upgrades, network design and administration (wired & wireless), and software installation & setup. All work is done on-site at your home or business, so there’s never a need to pack up your PC and haul it in. Our professional and friendly technicians will arrive on location, assess the problem, and let you know what will have to be done before starting work. And as always, there’s no charge for computer problems that we can’t fix.
Remote Access Troubleshooting – $69/hr
Not all problems require someone coming out to your home or business. Often times we can remote into your computer over the internet and fix what needs to be fixed without you having to worry about being available for appointments. This saves us time and resources as well, so we’re happy to offer a lower rate for this service. Not everything can be fixed this way, but it’s great option to have.
Custom Computer Design
The great thing about having a PC custom designed is that you know it will do exactly what you need it to do right out of the box, and if designed properly, you’ll be able to easily upgrade it for several years without having to worry about incompatibilities. Unlike other computer companies, SNCS Performance PCs frowns upon the use of proprietary parts meaning that you’ll never be forced to buy replacement parts exclusively from us.
When we design a computer for a client, we ask a series of questions about it’s possible uses to be sure you are getting everything you need. Some people need their PC to fit into a space of a certain height or width. Others might not have any space limitations, but they only want to perform simple tasks like e-mail, web browsing, and writing an occasional Word document. And then there are the hardcore gamers or graphic designers that need all the power that they can get.
